- A very fruity, malty whisky. But a flat on the degree which in my opinion fails to transport us!
It remains superb all the same.
A notch below my idol the 1986 SV.
- Lots of fresh fruit but moderate liveliness. Final between soft caramel and milk.
The degree is perfect for my taste.
It gained one point in ventilation.
sweet buttered caramel, a little spice,
vanilla and stewed fruit with their syrup on candied apple, white pear and a little mango
hazelnut, malt, dry wood
fine and soft feeling
basket of fruit, candied fruit, others slightly tart, gourmet length, return of cooked banana, toasted caramel, slightly peppery spices appear and butter at this time; a little almond kernel and its slight bitterness . finally white fruit in syrup again
vanilla, woody, a little grassy then (dry hay!) and fresh malt, a little creamy
that lasts at the bottom of the glass.
