3 years old, so real whiskey, made from local barley that the small distillery itself malt and dries, to turn it into its own high-quality whiskey. The influence of the American oak and the Pacific Northwest makes it a tasteful whiskey with a fruity nose, a bit of vanilla anyway, although no bourbon cask, light pepper in the mouth, followed by syrup, some chocolate, nuts and oak. Moderate aftertaste with a slight bitterness sticking to the tongue, along with some pepper spiciness. A true full lasting taste is missing, but the young age will have everything to do with it. But there is definitely character in it!
Potential for the future.
I definitely want an older one, if they foresee it.
