Finishing off a sample today that I enjoyed but neglected to write notes on when I first tasted from the fresh open bottle.

Nose starts with soft fruits, honey, fresh coastal air, and perhaps a very distant aroma of tar.

Palate starts with honey, then soft fruits, touch of ale, and a soft smoky feel, and machine oils.

Finishes with honey, lightest touch of pepper, a lingering oiliness, and just a drop of ale.
