a young american cask gives an amazing dram:
grassy, spicy, but also fresh on the palate
on the palate, sweet sensation, grassy, mentholated, (aniseed?), cereal again and fruit in return (stewed fruit a little over-cooked on the corner of fire!), a little sweet, a little brandy, a little caramelized, dark chocolate too.
the final on sweet sherry, woody, vegetal again and this freshness that remains.
