Pleasantly coherent Aultmore. Nothing exciting or complex but definitely tasty. Unfortunately, the umpteenth different wine barrel does not bring any further new findings, which is why one sample is completely sufficient.

Creamy, soft, slightly oily, bright yellow fruits like pears, unripe bananas, grapes. Over time, it develops a rich maltiness with pleasant woody notes. There is also some toffee and shortbread biscuits. Every now and then it becomes slightly tart with a few green herbs. This is typical of Aultmore again for me. The sweetness comes in connection with red berries.

Also soft and creamy on the palate. Oak spice with the red berries and the tart green herbs. The sweetness comes through easily. In addition, a little more yellow stone fruit.

Medium-long finish, dry, tart. Slightly fruity-sweet. What remains is a slight bitterness
