    Room temperature when drinking: 15 ℃

    Viewing Eyes: deep maple sugar

    Smell Nose: vegetable ash, syrup, lime, black soy sauce, tobacco, beans fried meat. Then came Nestle Instant Coffee, Hazelnut Latte, Cinnamon Powder, Dried Fruit, and Salted Cashew Nuts. After a few minutes, the sweetness spreads. The preserved fruits, dried umeboshi, dark fruits, black currant sauce, cherry sauce, raspberry sauce, a little sherry bucket feeling. Mixed with vanilla custard sauce, hot milk, caramel buds, brown sugar juice, it smells very sweet.

    Taste Palate: first lime, smoked bacon, baking soda, ofloxacin, hay, then oak and saltiness emerge, then sweet, dried fruit, raisins, dried longan, the final is the oily flavor of nuts, fried Peanuts, fried cashew nuts, sweet BBQ sauce, fried pork chops.

    Finish: Medium to long, with a relatively simple finish, cappuccino, cocoa beans, sugar cubes, raisins, red tea, honey barbecue

    Body: Medium to light, extremely smooth, slightly greasy, no bitter bottom

    Overall: The first time I touched the Madeira barrel, the experience is very new. There is a basic smell of noodles in the front of the entrance, followed by the aroma of fried meat and nuts, with a sweet dipping sauce, and the smell is a share Fresh and sweet from fermentation. Want to eat tonkatsu after drinking it ==
