A spicy, custardy, mustard? Young malt, that has a bit of a weird profile. I’m not so sure about it, but others seemed to like it. It’s different for sure. There are so, so many single casks less than 10 years old, but I can’t figure out why bottlers wouldn’t blend 2 or 3 casks together to create a more harmonious profile, especially when they are so young and brash.
