Intense vinous notes with noticeable sulfur. It's a little too much for me. The alcohol sizzles quite a bit. Dry berries, seared pine nuts with chilli. It's amazing how much there is in just three years. Too much sulfur, too aggressive. But interesting. With a little time, even milk chocolate will come through briefly. Very pleasant. Unfortunately, it is quickly replaced by sulfur and alcohol.
Water: Hm. Only a little happens. Then it becomes sour and herbal.
Full and quite spicy. Burnt berries, the sulfur is expressed here in charred ash. I didn't expect smoke, but a film of completely burned nuts and ashes forms in my mouth.
Water: Much softer, but also meaningless. Slightly charred dried fruit. A little alcohol, but not much. Smoky.
Amazingly short for such an intense whisky. The finish is medium long. Most of it disappears quite quickly, then the charred something stays in your mouth a little longer.
