Young, violent and wayward Molt ... Perhaps ripening, he will become a masterpiece ... The sherry barrel played out perfectly - it did not overshadow the character of the molt, but only brought some kind of sweet cut into the impudent smoked-salty lawlessness.
A test of three different types of glasses:
Spiegelau, Glencairn and Grappa-type from AmberGlass, so the nose is collective.
Nose: not a drop of fussiness or alcoholism ... nothing gives so high 55.3% ... smoked furniture polish, fresh seafood, drying from pears, apricots and plums, onto which a bucket with ash and ash was accidentally turned over when they were being cleaned fireplace.
Taste: alcoholicity sticks out slightly ... smoked mackerel, sea salt.
Finish: warm, medium, woody, with hot pepper.
Threat. It will go well with seafood, especially with oysters.

Unfortunately, expectations were not met. Wow impression did not appear. In the nose and tongue boned, the aftertaste is medium. Something in it remained un-rounded, which unbalances the impression. I am looking forward to the Ukrainian release from the same barrel, which has been lying down for a year.

I was waiting for something a little more, throughout the testing, the clear wine acidity interfered in both aroma and taste

Lovely young whisky, very drinkable, without the bulges inherent in youth. Great job, a good bar option if at a fair price. The sherry barrel is very deep somewhere, showing only small nuances.
