This bottle is 1 of only 102 bottles ever produced. Only made available by on-line ballot.
The nose begins with a nice fruitiness, rye bread, spices, faint banana, and some anise seed.
Palate continues on from the nose with soft fruits, rye bread again and baking spices.
Finishes with rye bread, cracked white pepper, soft fruits.
When this bottle was originally opened in August, slight oak tannins were found throughout but with time, these have disappeared and made this better for my tastes. Initial rating of 87 remains.
