Caramel, honey, cream, initially not very complex, takes some time. Sweet, but the sweet does not kill, but comes in small stages.
In the mouth then supple with the elderflower, which I have loved so much in the standard 10s of 2017. Here even more intense and of course with more wood tones.
Intense, concentrated grapes, and ripe ripe fruits like apricots and sugared pineapple.
Long and slightly tart and sweet. Here you can notice the careful maturation.
