A nice set aroma suits me first. Apricots, peach and honeydew melon. Brown sugar over it and a very pleasant wood note. Also goes a bit in the direction of warm pudding with a little caramel. In the background there is a subtle sour scent. So sour, red apple. The colleague generally smells very full and somehow viscous.
With a little time in the glass, the good looks drier. And the acidic also comes into its own better. Has now something of sawdust with the liquid in canned peach. The alcohol is very nice. Everything provided with subtle spice.
Oops, too much sip ... cool
In the mouth still Huba Buba apple taste. Followed by dry wood, hazelnut and some dark chocolate.
With the second sip there is significantly more bitterness and bitter herbs. And a taste that reminds me of black tea. Bitter orange and a hint of licorice. A suitable amount of peppery seasoning.
Long and nice and warm. It holds on powerfully. Becomes drier with a pleasant oak flavor. An acidic lemon tone remains in the background.
