Conclusion: a successful finish, Glen Moray works well known with white wines (Chardonnay), the strong Kerner Auslese tops the whole thing again, but still leaves the distillery character a chance. However, the probably quite small barrel barrel with neat Tanninfracht beats here.
fruity wine aromas (sweetened peach, gooseberries and honeydew melon), plus the earthy / mineral character of Glen Moray with malty undertones, as well as a generous portion of oak tannins (nutmeg and in the background even a few dried cloves)
clear sweetness with many fruity aromas of wine (peach and melon), fat and nice oily, the tanins join after some time with a strong oak beat
medium, here too the fruits dominate first, behind the now very strong oak with a slight bitterness
