Great re-fill character, well-integrated alcohol and surprisingly "refreshing". It's fun to drink and really fits in optimally on a late summer evening like this.
    • Nose
      87 87
Very spicy with dried garden herbs on one side and smells of menthol and pine needles on the other side. Add to that a slightly sourish Oloroso sherry note, candied lemon zest, cocoa powder and lots of old oak.
    • Taste
      86 86
Very sweet with a fine honey sweetness, lemon cake, cocoa, pine needles and various other herbs with an unbelievable "freshness" and an astonishing lightness.
    • Finish
      88 88
First dominate the herbs again with a pleasant fresh tingle then comes the dry sherry velvet honey sweet more and more into focus. Beautiful typical Oloros notes, dry wood notes and a lush sweetness are left behind for a long time.

Very interesting droplet. Ideal for the pleasure of herb-heavy whiskys.
    • Nose
      89 89
At first very herbaceous, with menthol, eucalyptus, pine needles, after some time the sherry finds its way to the nose. Lime-mineral barrel notes are added.
    • Taste
      89 89
The herbs also predominate in the mouth, reminiscent of the mountain pine fire from Finland. Accompanied by decent honey sweetness. The alcohol is well integrated, the refill sherry is there, but rather in the background.
Water opens the sweet sherry flavors and the herbs step back a bit.
    • Finish
      88 88
The aftertaste is medium-long and also metholisch, herbaceous oak bitterness and sherry sweetness accompany.
With water is dry oak bitterness and a trace of sulfur to hear.

Wow, that's delicious. Spicy and fresh, the alcohol perfectly integrated. Strongly aromatic, but no burning in the throat. It pleases and is fun.
