A whisky, let's say average, despite 16 years in a bourbon and sherry cask. The aroma is too alcoholic for me, and yet it is only 40% vol. It is much better on the palate. Oily, slightly creamy, quite sweet with raisins and almonds. The alcohol is completely imperceptible. The finish is the completion of all tastes. It's good that not especially alcoholic aromas. Overall average
quite clear, sweet, floral, slightly alcoholic, roasted peanuts, almonds, steamed potatoes
oily, very creamy, quite sweet, candy, plums, raisins, almonds again, young oak at the end
medium, delicate, slightly peppery, with notes of dried fruit turning into milk chocolate.
