Fill level was base of shoulder.
Bottle from Pat's Whisk(e)y collection, number 09092.
Starts strikingly sweet and herbal, with candy floss and Refreshers, followed by sawdust and something vaguely milky - not your ususal! Olbas Oil, growing oak spices, some wood smoke - impressive development. Cigar box, mossy bark, prunes.
Much fruiter than the nose suggests, clean, crisp and light. The low strength means quite a bit is needed in the mouth to appreciate the flavours, which are nutty (pistachios and their shells) and quite salty (Marmite).
Fairly long, clean again but pretty drying, prune juice.
