Smell: fermented beans, light floral fragrance, green apple, fresh milk skin, a little beeswax, fresh wood, a little sourness. After waking up from the cup, the new wine tastes less, and there is a wonderful white chocolate smell, and the creamy taste is heavier. Even the nose becomes softer. Taste: green plum, red Fuji, cream cake, apricot peel, a little smoked wood . It may be too sour, and the added astringency is too strong. Although the taste of new make is not noticeable, it is not pleasant to drink.
Body: Medium-bodied, not much oil, unremarkable Ending rhyme: long, dry wood, soil, salted prunes, coke

    Nose: 84/100
    Palate: 84/100
    Body: 84/100
    Finish: 84/100
Overall: 84/100, combined with the aging time, it should be said that Wolfburn 2015-Shinanoya performed quite well, but I really don't want to praise more for this wine just over the legal age.

A Wolfburn passing for a mirage.

Flattering nose, sherry is surprisingly present for such a young age, the parade takes place on the cocoa, which dominates, the young wood, and some fruits.
No peat on the other hand.
The minerality of Wolfburn is here extinct, as if it is masked, then the grapes and the nuts are worked.

A dense mouth, unctuous and round, intensity of alcohol, not quite integrated but enough to be balanced.
Roundness therefore, the nuts and bitter cocoa, black sugar and bread, a small impression of black fruits, the juice becomes very quickly dry, very dry, woody, vegetal and bitter.

The finish is short, a rise of nuts and goes off immediately on the green tannin, the gray pepper.

This Wolfburn is a chimera, we wait for it but it does not really show up and when it does, it escapes immediately.
Mineral point or lemon here so no freshness either.
    Interesting experience but lacking touch.

84 and not a taste more.
