Whisky Reviews for Oban Little Bay
7 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 81.75 points
- Aroma: sweet malt. Let icing sugar. Hints of sherry. Hints of salt.
Taste: Spicy. Let salt. Sherry malt.
Aftertaste: Between cards. Sweet. Short sherry. Cereal.
- Young, fruity, bland. Very much a beginners whisky.
Nothing to be excited about.
Edit: After several months of oxidization by just leaving bottle half full/empty. I think it opened up a bit better. Crisper fruityness but still nothing I would buy ever again for myself
- I would call this a beginners whisky. Light, easy to drink. I would buy this for a party. In its price range quite good I would say. Aftertaste is quite dry but short. Only a hint of smokeyness.
Gets an 83 without taking price I to consideration. Higher if price was part of the rating.
