The nose displays an initial mix of key lime pie, mineral oil and white jelly babies. Followed by daisies, green tea and lighter herbal liqueurs such as yellow Chartreuse. A little reduction brings gorse bushes, cranberry juice, rich tea biscuits, sun cream, wood polish, lychee syrup, celery salt, tonic water and lemon oils. The palate opens with an abundance of fresh fruits: pineapple, star fruit, tropical syrups, fruit salad and pink grapefruit. Beyond that there are glazed cherries, bay leaf, olive oil and buttered toast with a slug of pink lemonade. Water delivers sweetness in the form of creme caramel, coconut milk and fruit loops, then curry leaf, lanolin, lemon wax and star anise.
