Loads of vanilla, freshness, layer of sea herbs (oyster leaf, crunchy salty fingers...) , brown sugar, apricot, cream, nicely integrated and subtle coastal air.
Great to see the taste matches the nose.
Fresh apricot, underripe melon, peach(?) with salted caramel and vanilla on top. Fading out pear and quince notes. Touch of cinnamon.
Well-balanced, easily drinkable but one-dimensional. Medium to long, slight maltiness.
Price is a bit steep, which is a shame. A malt you can easily make friends with.
