  1. Kovalyoff scored this whisky 88 points Expert Senior

    Blenders Glass.
Nice nose. Butter dough, vanilla, cinnamon, light raisins. In the taste, everything is also edible - eclairs, dates, raisins ...
The finish is medium, warm and spicy.
Nothing outstanding, but it's just a good malt - everything is smooth ...
In addition, I note that 56% is absolutely not felt - I would give 48% to the blind.

    • Finish

Pleasantly surprised, he exceeded all expectations. Elegant drinkability and adjustment of components. Cool bar option for an affordable price.

Citro "Nut" (echo of childhood), vanilla, sherry silkiness, toasted walnuts, vegetable stew, salty oily chips from seaweed, puff pastry, raisins, meat pie, plums, salted caramel. Over time, the aroma is well saturated.

Pepper, juicy fruit (mostly citrus component), vanilla and milk iris.
    • Finish
      88 88
Warms, pepper, a bunch of citrus (citrus acid), milk iris, average duration with a plus.

Very tasty, but a hard to judge blind sample.
The high ABV is almost not noticeable.

In the aroma - a full set of sweet pastries: vanilla, powdered sugar, raisins, baked biscuit crust. The taste is a complete continuation of the aroma.

  7. KayMeertens scored this whisky 87 points Connoisseur

I'm not sure what they tried to achieve with the finish. Despite that this one is all about bourbon. There's even something of new oak in there. It's goof though.
    • Nose
Sweet. Apple, vanilla pudding, candied orange, 'zure matten' and banana.
    • Taste
Apple, pepper, vanilla, peach and Badedas.
    • Finish
      Apple, yellow raisin and banana.
