Sweet fruits at first, with tinned pears and applesauce with a bit of cinnamon. Then there's some beeswax and lemon zest (yes!). Coconut as well.
With a little more time I get some creamy/oily notes - sunflower oil and a little buttery. Does that make some sort of margerine?
Later: some pineapple! Can we get a Piña Colada going?
After ~20 minutes: now I can find the cumin in the nose, too. A bit of a strange Piña Colada, I guess.
Waxy with some apricots. Could have fooled me for a Clynelish here. Then a bit of pepper (white?) , with pine needles, rosemary and cumin as well.
A bit drying with some woody bitterness. The age does come through here and there. Rather long with a nice waxy mouthfeel.
