The color is reminiscent of a Pinot Gris.

On the nose: Fleurale notes, pear, green apple, vanilla, slightly nutty

Taste: silky onset, vanilla, light fruit, grassy, walnut, creamy, hardly spicy

Finish: medium long, the oak is clearly noticeable, some white pepper

One to two drops of water are good for the whisky. Overall, its worth its price for a single cask bottling.
