"The panel found pineapple syrup at first, along with crystalised sugar, coconut, peaches, dried apricots and an almost perfume like scent of natural vanilla. With reduction it developed notes of milk chocolate, desiccated coconut, flowers after a spring shower, sunflower seeds and caramel wafers. The palate was initially hugely floral. Lots of Turkish delight, spicy bourbon and dense creme brulee and vanilla custard followed by a few overripe orange segments and sherbet limes. With water it calmed down and became a little more delicate. Plenty of acidic fruits were found, fizzing on the tongue with a long, cooling finish."
