Salt liquorice, topped orange fig schnapps (if that were the case), fresh sourdough rye bread.
With H²O it gets sweeter: honey bread and apricot cake.
Spicy freshness of an alpine herbal sweets, rather oily, and with water comes much clearer sweet pepper and orange tictac than without. Very tasty and full.
Quick dry, the oak comes perfectly around the corner. Yes, it's dry and slightly bitter, but I'm fine with that.
