- Apple, lemon, honey, cinnamon, pepper, melon, hint of pineapple, pear and sugar.
- The late palate and the finish allow for the 80 mark. Besides that, there's not much to be super excited here : it's really austere, really industrial, really naked, and the distillate just doesn't have enough charm on its own (at least in this very bottling) to play that card properly.
Veeeery young and naked. Too much, to be honest. All on unsexy and industrial notes. Waxed coats, milk, something bitter, bread crust. Rubbery touches, really industrial. Aspargus, really echoing this odd rubbery bitterness that dominates.
If you wanna walk naked in public, some will say you'd better be sexy underneath ... not sure this one is.
Incisive, with quite a lot of alcohol burn. Very similar profile, odd and industrial, but there's a bit more brown bread crust upon the end, which makes it a bit more pleasurable. We're still far from reaching stardom though, rest assured.
Actually the best part, there's something in the minimalistic austerity here that winks at some naked Springbanks (saké, white tea), and some cod accras as well. Even some very slight wet paper smoke. The best part indeed.
