Surprisingly complex. On the one hand caramel and fruity sweet, on the other hand also smoky and spicy. Vanilla, cinnamon, allspice and white pepper wrestle with caramel as well as dried cranberries, currants and pomegranate seeds for the upper hand. Little by little, warm oak, ginger, warm Danish pastries, canned peaches and hints of new rubber boots follow. Really very nicely put together. With water: malty, nutty, yogurt with berry compote and gentle smoke.
Quite easy, but surprisingly complex. Starts with gentle peat smoke, nuts, oak, jute, malt and pepper. Over time we get a little unbalanced and oak-toned, with the weak alcohol content fueling the whole imbalance. With water; juicy berry aromas, light smoke and a mineral spice. Then something falls apart.
It's a shame, the smell was really hopeful and fun, but its wings were probably clipped too much due to the rather low alcohol content to be able to wrest the taste imbalance here.
Long, smoky, chocolate and pithy oak flavor.
