Just great and delicious! Lovers of wine finish, especially from a Nachreifung in Bordeauxfass, come here fully at their expense.

    23/22/22/22 (89P)
    • Nose
Long and oily "legs" stick to the glass wall, while the orange of the Isle of Jura shines with a reddish glow in the Premium Snifter. Sweet berries and grapes show fruity, caramelized sugar dissolves in velvety red wine, a hint of vanilla scurries past. The alcohol is harmoniously integrated, timid orange and apricots are shown to advantage, the Fruchtbukett is slightly musty and musty. Again, sweetness rises, with minimal floral notes, sour cherries and mirabelle plums. The alcohol is noticeably more intense, as are the dark and velvety grapes, the salivation is stimulated, finally the first sip follows ...
    • Taste
Sweet and creamy, the first sip flows through the mouth, subtle sharpness prickles in the episode pleasant on the tongue, voluminous heat flows through the throat. The second sip of granulated sugar trickles on the tongue, velvety and sweet berries and grapes merge into a sugar-sweet melange. Cherries, strawberries and blackberries come up. In the next moment slightly musty and decayed wood tones on the palate, oily swim spicy pieces of wood in the excited saliva under the tongue. At least smoky wood comes into its own, old walnuts dry in the sun.
    • Finish
Walnuts and a subtle hint of smoke stick to the palate, dark berries and grapes rest on the tongue with dark caramel. Oily and greasy sticky rotten pieces of wood on the palate, the wine finish is noticeable in the aftertaste, especially by its simultaneously velvety and dry style. Dark berries such as redcurrants or blackberries play with red grapes and spicy, mature wood. For a long time this interesting aroma composition remains in the memory.

A quite interesting malt - as expected! You find all aromas from sour, salty, tannins and what so ever. I like it but it's not for everyday.

    • Nose
Very full fruity nose, light and dark everything is there. He is very round and balanced. You can feel the maturity very nicely, the Alk is pleasantly integrated
    • Taste
The taste continues with the colorful fruit basket, accompanied by a pleasant draft and a slight fresh tingling sensation at the tip of the tongue
    • Finish
medium-long full aftertaste with decent spice, in the course of more and more dark fruits come through
