- Tasted on 06-12-2020 at Helgoland.
- It tastes and tastes fleshy with a subtle not unpleasant sulfur note. Oily in the taste. If you like the style, it's good.
Italian pork ears, muscobado sugar, lime, grisly minerality, oak also slightly fleshy accents. Over time becomes herbaceous, slightly earthy and spicy with gentian and a delicate smokiness.
Full, heavy onset with oily aromas, a brash minerality, earthy spices, limes, beeswax, again pork ears, oak, herbaceous accents and delicate smoke.
Long, earthy and tenderly smoky.
