Scents of vanilla, caramel and spices, cloves, sandalwood, ginger, nutmeg. Mangrove, virgin forest, soil saturated with humidity, but all this quite fruity all the same. On the palate some white fruits, some exotic aromas, on papaya and maracuja, but the pepper rises very quickly and begins to hammer. Rather violent finish, we can feel it pass. A honeyed side, however, with still an ounce of fruit, sugar and caramel.
