"We were delighted to find a nose brimming with sandalwood, salted butter, scattered minerals, distant seashore, juicy fruit chewing gum, ripe lychee and fruit salad chews. With water it really came alive with notes of sea greens, olive oil, morello cherry, Manhattan cocktail, limoncello, herbal resins and dried seaweed. The palate possessed a certain waxiness in texture along with a sense of salty porridge, heather honey, oatmeal flapjack, apricot jam, raspberry tart and custard creams. Water gives salty popcorn, freshly bailed hay, chopped parsley, black olives, sardines in olive oil and smidgen of coal dust."
