It starts with notes of dried fruits. A little hint of raisins, prunes and a note of old sherry. Fruity tones like purple cherries, oranges and raspberries are very clear present. A note of very thick treacle. Notes of worn leather and dusty old books followed by a note of sea-salt at the end.

Sherry notes are more present here. Raisins, dates and plums are very clear present once again. Complemented by a note of peaches. Dark chocolate and the thick treacle is to be found here too. At the end notes of new leather and old oak.

Medium-long. Nothing really new, but what lingers on are notes of dark chocolate, old oak, cinnamon, nutmeg and some leather.

      Nose:
A nice, dense sherry nose greets me first. Greased leather and slightly dry mineral. The colleague is quite closed at first. I'll leave it there ...
With a little time in the glass comes white pepper and a subtle note of glue. Block chocolate and a light fruity touch. So in the direction of mirabelle plums. With a little more air, there is an aroma that reminds me of sage. In addition, some lovage and baked apple.
    • Taste
Spicy, somewhat dry start. This is where the white pepper comes through nicely. Followed by some kind of vineyard peach liqueur. With the second sip, more sweetness and raisins come through. Also has something of figs and a trace of honey. Herbs taste more like rosemary. Behind it rust dust and walnut.
    • Finish
Rather long. First spicy and dry. Then comes bitterness accompanied by pleasant sweetness.
