The best thing is the wonderful pear-fruity scent.
    • Nose
      92 92
Ripe sweet pear, caramel candy, slightly alcoholic, which doesn't bother too much as it quickly evaporates.
Some chamomile tea, lightly perfumed and a hint of coffee.
    • Taste
      88 88
Bitter-sweet, mineral tingling, after a while peppery, apple-fruity and some honey.
    • Finish
      84 84
Medium length, bitter-sweet, light wood spice,

Conclusions. Quite a decent drink, but I was puzzled by the strong imbalance of alcohol in the aroma against the background of the perfect integration of alcohol in taste and aftertaste. Such a contrast looks somewhat strange, since, as they say, this brand is prepared on the basis of mature spirits aged from 10 to 24 years. Due to the excessive effect of alcohol on the receptors, the aroma was practically unanalysable until the addition of water. For me personally, the taste and aftertaste turned out to be the most attractive stages of tasting here. I was surprised by the unusual softness and saturation with a very energetic pressure. Score 84/85
    • Nose
Aroma: Initially restrained with strong alcohol blocking receptors. Adding about 10% water and aeration virtually eliminates this problem. In development it becomes more expressive. Mostly sweet tropical fruits, ripe peaches, vanilla sugar, honey, creamy caramel motifs, accompanied by soft spices, appear. A typical bourbon flavor without much fanfare. After a series of seeps, the receptors mainly perceive mineral dryness.
    • Taste
Taste: energetic, velvety. Alcohol, unlike the aroma, practically does not interfere, for 54% it is integrated quite decently. The onset is soft, slightly peppery and sweet at the same time. Vanilla cream, jam, boiled peaches, honey, light spices, perfume shades. In the process of development, there is a taste of a raw barrel and something like a viscous extract from sweetish roots. At the end there is relatively a lot of astringent oak. In general, quite soft, well balanced without any hint of hardness.
    • Finish
Finish: between medium and long, slightly peppery, warming, sweetish-spicy, moderately astringent dry oak, slight traces of organic sulfur.

Very good whiskey, despite the lack of age specification. Quite sweet, honey with hints of mint and chocolate .... Alcohol is a bit too much for me, but despite this slight harshness, I think it is worth attention.
A drop of water ... harmed the aroma, the alcohol is more noticeable, its lightness and sweetness is less. But the taste is much better, more delicate ... Finish: peppery and highly carbonated soda water at the very end.
    Surely whiskey "worth a sin"
    • Nose
      87 87
sweet, honey, slightly alcoholic, raisins, vanilla
    • Taste
      88 88
creamy, sweet, ginger, heather honey, slightly spicy, a bit of mint
    • Finish
      86 86
long, warming, quite sweet, young oak, chocolate tip with an admixture of young oak.

Something special for his young age. Already has a surprising amount of depth in the aroma and shows this in a full taste. I'm really impressed by this surprising creation. Great price-performance ratio. Please more of it in the next few years. (22)

Yellow tropical fruits, sweet orange, apricot, primarily Luzon mango with light yellow skin, not so rich.
      Fruit stem bitter
Fruit leaves, mint. Leave it for 5min, sweet dried wood like vanilla with cream.
Without too much depth, a light bourbon Irish whiskey, not sure how long it aged.
      Lemon zest from emptied glass
    • Taste
      90 90
Peach, apricot, crispy green grapes, leading me to ripe Luzon mango again, rich, not too sweet, juicy, yummy
A tiny bit of fruit sourness as you chew, quickly gone
      Sweetness lasts for a while
    • Finish
      86 86
Pepper, mange candy, honey, vanilla. Unripe papaya.
Not as surprising as its taste on the palate
Tiny bit of woody bitterness after 30s

Exotic fruits and a strong black tea infusion run from start to finish. It's delicious!

Very typical Irish profile on the nose. Lots of fruit and sweetness from the bourbon barrel. Exactly this has given off a little too much tannin, which unfortunately has a negative effect on the mouth / finish.

Too bad they do not write age on the bottle. Another great mix of Single Pot Still and Single Malt Whiskey. The exotic fruits are a bit reminiscent of the Redbreast 21, which already brings a good deal of spices with it.
    An often underrated Irishman.
    • Nose
      87 87
Sweet apricots and peaches, passed banana, papaya pieces. Still very spicy, but the nose is already clearly in the direction of single pot still whiskey. Honey, white chocolate. Everything was very mild, very discreet.
    • Taste
      88 88
Mild, velvety and incredibly creamy, almost firm.
A potpourri of tropical fruits: mango, apricots, peaches, passion fruit, papaya. Sweet, but not sugared. Freshly beaten wood, whole milk chocolate. Light spice that brings carnation powder and lavender. Honey, malt, yeast dough.
    • Finish
      88 88
Medium long, creamy, slightly spicy, the fruits from the nose and palate still dominating. Toffee, caramel, honey, vanilla.
