Starts very malty and nutty with lots of porridge. In addition, notes of salt, roasted nuts, fresh yeast dough, light grapes, hay, a hint of smoke and warm loess. Removes again and again echoes of vanilla and nectarine.

Very soft onset with lots of nutty malt, salt, nuts, oak, light raisins and a hint of dried apricot. Will become increasingly bitter and herbaceous. Chicory coffee?

Long, tart, nutty and a touch of burned grass, white pepper and chicory coffee.
