    Colour:
    straw yellow
    Nose:
Ripe mirabelles, yellow apples, honey, wax, cardboard, vanilla sticks and sugar beet. Little spice and hardly any wood - hard to believe after 36 years of barrel aging. Overall, a very pleasant nose, but without any other noteworthy aroma structure.
    Taste:
Soft and spicy at the beginning. Yellow fruit in a smoky robe. Now more and more salt and hot peppercorns. Honey, some cereals, hints of vanilla and grapefruit and yellow apples to finish - very pleasant!
    Finish:
Medium-long - the intensity now breaks down quickly, but the good fruity notes remain on the tongue. Soft finish with vanilla, honey, smoke and yellow fruit.
