      Peat, beer-like malt, gingerbread and liquorice. A little sausage and cappucino. More and more of a horse stable.

      Peat foil, smoked lemon, iodine, plasters, burnt wood, sea salt, vanilla, sweet and sour apple, melon, banana and pear.
    • Taste
      Sea salt, peat foil, iodine, burnt wood, toasted bread, cinnamon, nuts, lemon and sour green apple.
    • Finish
      Medium to long, dry, charred wood, peat foil, medicinal, salty, sour apple, lemon zest, cinnamon and nuts.

    Pleasant, but surprisingly gentle for a cask strength Caol Ila of almost 60% Abv.

      Some peatsmoke, fake leather, roasted meat, alcohol pretty prominent. Pretty light nose actually for a cask strength Caol Ila.

      Some pepper, but surprisingly gently concerning the high Abv. Licorice, sweet smoke, some chocolate as well.

      Still some pepper, sweet smoke, chocolate, honey, pretty long. Later on a little tobacco as well.
