Aroma: Wonderfully round and sweet, nothing stings, soft wood, but not too much. Caramel. Sherry, of course.
Finish: Long and full, the tongue takes over, now more fermented fruit, perhaps through the water, the wood comes through a bit stronger but is still completely in the "frame" (haha). Not as strong as the TWS filling.
For me, the lighter fruits tend to be surprising but welcome. What can I say, this is not absolutely sherry soaked bottling such as Abby Whisky 1.5 years ago. And that's a good thing. I forgive very good 90/100 even if I miss a little the Christmas spices and plums. Otherwise, 91 points would have been in it.
