    N: Sea, Salt, Smoke, Peat
    P: Sweet, Tobacco, Ash
    F: Medium, smoke, tobacco
    Nice balanced Islay!

  2. P.K.S scored this whisky 81 points Expert Junior

is a good peated wiskey. Peat, sweetness smoke and salt. Looks like piss water big minus the color

  3. yantyurin scored this whisky 85 points Newbie

Quite a good Islay's style here, well-balanced, neat, peated and smoky. However, young and not so catchy. Good design as well.

    Batch 87 (2018)

N- Lovely sweet with so much marine notes integrated into it, find the sour caramel, lemon and mineral. Handful and lushes at most times, grassy and leafy at some stage that developed to robust waxed meat, sharp, blade-y and nose burning, which are all good for me but may be too soapy with this batch that get a wee "unnecessary" fragrant. (87/21)

P- Toasted sea salts and liquorice, tarry, oily and the splash of petro that are great. After taste of menthol and lemony cigarette, drowned by hefty feint, the soapiness and floral get cloying overtimes. (86/20)

F- Medium, savoury wakame, smoky mints and charred bitterness. Hoped the soapiness can go away. (86/20)

    B/B- 86/20

    Cereal- 1, Fruity- 3, Floral- 3, Peaty- 4, Feinty- 4, Sulphury- 1, Woody- 1, Winery- 1

    Weighted Rate- 81pt
