The nose is rather dry, but very sweet. Big influence of the sherry
cask. Hazelnuts and almonds, raisins, butterscotch and some spices. The fruit
translates into peach and a bit of Pink Lady apples, skin included. Pleasant.
A very spicy kick to the teeth, but nicely fruity. The sherry is rather
dry again. Evolves towards black tea, without becoming bitter. Wonderful trace
of smoke. Nice!
The finish is medium long, spicy and leaves the mouth bone-dry.
