Whisky Reviews for Bruichladdich 10-year-old
4 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 81.85 points
- The palate of this Bruichladdich is much better than the nose. The finish is a little bit too bitter to my taste.
Very malty and grainy. Cereals. Some flowery notes of heather and hay. Cardboardy and soap. Later on leather.
Unexpectedly fresh and fruity. Lemon and pear. Liquorice. A little pepper.
Medium long. Oakiness. Nutmeg. Becomes quite bitter at the end.
- "A bottling of 10 year old Bruichladdich by the distillery in their old livery."
- I believe that this bottling was by Whyte & Mackay.
