This cost me £24 with free postage, bargain.
Vanilla by the bucket load on the nose mixed with resin & polish, this is mixed with custard, mango and some green apple.
Initial mouthfeel is decent but unexciting at first, very one dimensional.
So a simple profile but some nice spice and sugared fruity sweetness on show with a little peat.
The finish is really mellow, not too much effect but it lingers for a while.
Lets cut to the chase, this is a straight shooter in as much it will not set your world alight but it would be a great session malt.
Compared to older OP 12 this is tame, I remember older versions from say 5 years ago had much more fire in them.
A good entry level malt, not bad.
