A blended single malt, aha ...
Whatever that may be, he might as well go over as a single pot still whisky. This cream based on fruits and spices, which is already a lot of fun. 46% are perfectly chosen here.

Fruity and fresh first impression. Green apples, pearmint, a bit of lime, along with a freshly mown wildflower meadow, freshly washed linen that swings in the wind on a leash. At the beginning it seems light - in the sense of refreshing - but over time come mild spices, come malt, toffee and fresh bread dough.
    • Taste
      88 88
Very creamy onset, high viscosity, the whisky lays like silk on the tongue. Apple bits, tangerines, peach, lemon water, spicy with nutmeg, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon from the very beginning. If I did not know better, I would suppose to have a single pot still whisky in the glass ... Then come fine leather notes, spicy pipe tobacco, old wooden planks - and still sucks the formally stuck to the tongue and does not want to slide down ...

Medium to long, very creamy, spicy, fruity and later pleasantly woody.

    Great summer dram
    • Nose
      87 87
Strong notes of green apples, pear, lemon, raspberry sherbet, a light touch of cinnamon and freshly mowed lawn
    • Taste
      88 88
Silky arrival on ginger and fruits: peach, apples, pear, then leather, pepper and a touch of nutmeg and grapefruit
    • Finish
      85 85
Quite long, on grapefruit with a touch of wood

Really lovely, but not for you if you want another Middleton/Redbreast/Jameson/Dingle- like Irish Whisky.
    Light, fruity and very balanced.
I usually do not like tasting notes like "coconut icecream" but with this one, after a little air, you can really smell and taste it, amazing!
