Conclusion: beautiful and well-matured malt, the pear with the subtle sherry notes is fun, but nothing outstanding, especially not 30 years of barrel aging, and the complexity is missing. Because of the caraway note, I would have blindly guessed a Littlemill.
Pear juice, pear peel, a few apples and subtle notes of sherry (raisins), some honey and powdered sugar, subtle oak, everything is very soft and round, but doesn't look like 30yo, blindly more like 15yo, in between a little caraway (Littlemill?)
velvety, not as oily as expected, pear, flowery, honey, subtle sherry, cookie dough and nice oak spice
medium length, cookie dough, vanilla, pear, some wood, liquorice
