      The nose is quite honeyed, with stewed fruit and slightly burned sugar. Some orange zeste in there too. Some warm pineapple ... reminds me of a pizza hawaii.

      The taste starts quite sweet ... stewed fruit again but evolves to a more minty profile with. The coconut is more on the background ... I wonder if I really taste coconut of may brain just tells me to because of the label on the bottle ... A slight hint of kiwi, cinnamon and nuts comes to mind as well.

    SMWS notes:

    A big well-rounded aroma of caramelised apples, kumquat marmalade with orange, mile-high coconut cream meringue pie combined with a gentle teasing wisp of smoke. Cooling spearmint on the palate neat at first before red berry fruit salad, lychees and cinnamon buns appeared. With a drop of water it turned into a stunning orange jelly with cardamom and mint-infused pineapple, mango and melon whilst on the palate now silky smooth and deliciously chewy nutmeg cookies with chocolate and hazelnuts. After twenty three years in an ex-bourbon hogshead we transferred this whisky into a first-fill charred red wine barrique.
