Lots of dark and spicy wood notes. In addition, memories of a clay cellar with old, slightly moldy barrels. Burnt caramel. Roasted nuts. A few dark dried fruits that are barely sweet, however. Also something like club mate. For the alcohol strength and age, the alcohol is a bit sharp.

The dark fruits are now a little sweeter, but also a little rotten. Plus dark honey. Additionally burnt caramel. Such a memory of smoke that reminds me a bit of incense. Again, the wood notes, which come across as dark and dull.

Toasted notes. Seasoning paired with wood sugar. Cinchona bark.
