Nose - Really strong nose the alcohol tickles a bit but it is covered in strong sherry aroma. Chocolate, raisins, oranges, marzipan and then this old library smell I love.
Taste - This is really thick like chocolate sauce on ice cream, which I can not only find in the mouthfell but in the taste as well. It covers your whole mouth and then the alcohol burns a bit but it is so well rounded that it is just the challenge I want from a whisky this old. This doesn't need any water.
Finish - Long, the dark chocolate transitions very well into the finish, some spice lingers for a bit and then the oak hits a little bit but never too much in my opinion.
This is the best whisky I had to date. Absolutely amazing.
