Finish: long, sweet and dry with spices, chocolate, raisin, dried fruits and sweet fruits notes.
Longmorn 13YO is a very good balanced and tasty whisky. It perfectly shows influence of sherry cask on whisky. I gave 88 points. Typical rating for it is 88-91 points. This whisky is closer to be perfect.
- A basic and below average Longmorn
Creamy notes of vanilla and sherry. I’m thinking Sherry Hogshead. Cherries and other berries.
Cherries, has a tingle on the tongue a little Coca Cola feel going on. Dirty oak, a little touch of sulphur.
Slightly dirty, the vanilla notes reappear. Medium to long with cherry skins.
