- Nose; Jammy dodgers , peanut butter , blackcurrant and raspberry sorbet. Strawberry laces with a slight wisp of alcohol. With water makes it less sweet; hobnobs, Sour watermelon sweets ( dunno what there called, my son likes them! Sour jacks?! )
Taste; Not as bitter then expected! Jam on toast, milk chocolate. It takes water very well and make almost a salted popcorn taste. Hints of prunes creep in the end.
Finnish; Dark Chocoate with salted caramel. long!
I really bloody like this! When it first appeared for the price I grabbed it on a whim as I guess it would go in seconds. It didn’t and was a bit shocked as to why! Maybe people don’t like the Port Cask / Distillery. But yeah, it’s good! very good! I like these single casks and that’s why we buy them - BECAUSE THERE FUN!!
