My first grain over 40yo, I expected more complexity. But easy to drink and very good.
    • Nose
On the nose, white peach and brioche.
    • Taste
Still on the creamy white peach on the palate, very easy to drink.
    • Finish
      Coconut finish.

It is very good. On the other hand, for the complexity we will come back.
    • Nose
Very nice gourmet and pastry nose.
Soft caramel, coffee eclair. Crushed almonds. Light pear brandy. Coconut rock. Almost condensed milk.
      A little cocoa powder.
    • Taste
In the mouth we continue on the pear brandy. Vanilla, crème brûlée. Always that very pretty soft caramel.
    • Finish
      Long finish on caramel, coconut,

    W2019: 3rd
    grain sensation!
glue, vanilla, encaustic, some varnish and lacquered wood, fruits on cooked and macerated citrus fruits, raisins, honey spread (tasted in Castelnau!)
the mouth is on the baked glue, a little varnish put on the wrists of an old armchair, dusty note, then still candied fruit and caramelized. vanilla comes back even stronger with pungent and odorous spices hiding a little sensation of solvent.
monolithic finish but very interesting, with fruits on cooked marmalade, on varnish, on vanilla.

    Hammer filling!
    • Nose
      Dull gold

Starts with sweet rum raisins in a chocolate coat. Thick Caramel Candy - Werther's Original. Slightly sour yeast dough, ripe green grapes, vanilla, warm popcorn. Also has something of ner bitten chocolate candy with almonds. Tough honey and a decent glue note.
With a little more service life in the glass makes the colleague even more. Slippery banana, coconut, cinnamon, liquorice, bit leather and ripe, juicy tangerine. From the background a sour berry note peels out. As well as what is clearly fresh, sparkling wine-like. It is interesting that the horny part is by no means oak-heavy! Although you smell damp wood and pleasant spice, everything fits together super and remains supple and syrupy.
    • Taste
Full, creamy onset. Then a good dose of ginger and solvent. Followed by this wonderful tangerine - chocolate - caramel mix. Sweet canned peach, mango, vanilla, licorice and coconut. Really something from Raffaello with honey.
The second sip comes with a clear freshness. Like a sweetie. Eucalyptus, pine needle oil, cereals and jasmine tea with liquid sweetener.
    • Finish
Medium. Only ginger again. Then comes the banana and coconut again. Pleasant almond bitterness remains at the end.
