Nose: a fruit cocktail, which unfolds very restrained. No stinging in the nose, so you can linger forever with your nose on the glass.
Grated orange peel, light sweetness of toffee / marzipan - after a while a light wax in the nose. The sweet is still present in the background.

Taste: As in the nose at the beginning of the reserved, then the orange peel, as if you would chew on sugared orange peel. The slightly bitter note of the orange combined with the sweetness is just brilliantly balanced. No alcohol noticeable, as if you were eating a fruit cocktail. To the orange still overripe grapefruit and honeydew melon.

Finish: too short for my taste, here would probably have done a few more percent well. A touch of spice, the second sip more clear, but unfortunately a little too short. But that was just so well balanced that you would like to have taken the exit a bit longer.

from me today 90 points, delicious yummy.

The nose is rather elegant - it is rather restrained but you can lose yourself in it, delicious, very complex and lively - but also persistent.
    I really like the nose

sweet and enticingly fruity nose, dried mango, pineapple, crushed banana, vanilla, coconut cream, orange peel, orange oil, dried dates and figs, sweetened black tea, oak with sugar crust, delicate wax note, birch water, oatmeal cookies, some tobacco, roasted nuts, furniture polish
    • Taste

very nice oily, first soft then it explodes - without alcoholic - very ripe mango, melon, papaya, very ripe pineapple, light bitter substances de very well integrated and rather spicy, grapefruit peel, tingling, salt, pastry, aniseed, tobacco, slightly dry and pleasantly spicy - easy to chew with a nice aroma development, it flattens off rather quickly
    • Finish
      90 90
creamy, herbal - herbaceous spicy, kohlrabi, green tree bark of young branches, rosemary acerbity, tingling, salty, wax and bright fresh oak

  3. Kalleholzbein scored this whisky 89 points Expert Senior

In the nose, light sweetness, oak and herbs, no very intense nose, yet very pleasant. Cool and sweet in the mouth, somewhat restrained, possibly due to the 45.2%. Short not very intense finish. Good whisky, but no bargain.
